As a one-stop custom sock manufacturing supplier, we combine in-house factory oversight with rigorous sampling to ensure every bulk order reflects the original design intent.

Start with a Verified Sample

Every bulk order begins with a physical sample. For example, our 3 Pairs High Elastic Outdoor Sports Climbing Compression Socks Test Sample (Model COS-04) allows customers to buy three pairs directly from stock. This is not just a preview—it is the foundation of our quality assurance process. Once you receive the sample, you can test the material, fit, compression feel, and jacquard detailing before mass production starts.

Design Lock & 95% Restoration Commitment

After you approve the sample, our design team locks all specifications—colors, materials, sizing, logo placement, and packaging. We hold our production to a strict 95% design restoration rate. This means the bulk socks will match your approved sample in appearance, hand feel, and performance within a tight tolerance. This high restoration target is only achievable because we run our own factory with full control over knitting machines, yarn quality, and stitching parameters.

In-House Factory Inspection

Our own factory in Haining, Zhejiang, is where quality control happens in real time. Instead of outsourcing critical steps, our production team monitors every jacquard pattern, every cuff rib (1×1 or 3×1), and every needle count (200N) during the run. We check for yarn strength, dye consistency, elasticity, and stitch uniformity. Because we own the production line, we can stop, adjust, and re-inspect immediately if any deviation is detected.

Pre-Shipment Final Check

Before any bulk shipment leaves our factory, each batch undergoes a final QC pass. This includes dimensional checks, weight checks, color fastness, and visual inspection for defects. We also compare random pieces against the pre-production sample to ensure the 95% restoration standard is met. If a batch fails, we rework or re-knit it—no shortcuts.

Your Role in Quality Control

To help us maintain the highest quality, we recommend ordering the COS-04 test sample first. With a minimum order quantity of 100 pairs per style, you can also request adjustments to materials, colors, sizes, or even a full redesign by our designers. The clearer the details, the easier it is for our factory to hit that 95% design restoration benchmark.
